Baoshuan launches lunch menu at Oberoi Delhi's anniversary

There are few Indian hospitality brands as iconic as The Oberoi Group.

The enduring popularity of its flagship property, located in the heart of New Delhi, is testament to this. As part of the property's ongoing 60th anniversary celebrations, Baoshuan has launched a new Conscious Lunch Menu curated by twice Michelin-starred mentor Chef Andrew Wong.

"When Baoshuan opened in 2018, Chef Wong's vision redefined how Delhi experienced Chinese cuisine, bringing finesse and narrative where familiarity once reigned. His new lunch menu is both a tribute and a gift: progressive, thoughtful dining that balances nourishment with elegance and sustainability with speed. Under the mentorship of Chef Wong, Baoshuan elevated The Oberoi, New Delhi's culinary collection to the highest global standards, replacing familiarity with finesse through a contemporary Chinese culinary lens," explains Abhishek Panshikar, Vice President and General Manager of The Oberoi, New Delhi.

The three-course format of this new lunch menu begins with a delicate Yunnan 'cloud' consommé, continues with a personalised selection of garden-fresh vegetables by Oberoi chefs, paired with jasmine rice and unlimited dim sums. It concludes with homemade coconut ice cream. "More than a meal, it's an immersive, participatory ritual designed to fit seamlessly into a midday pause," explains Panshikar.

Additionally, Baoshuan is also set to revive its all-time favourite dishes as part of the anniversary dinner service menus, which will be introduced on September 20 and will continue till the end of the year.
