LOS ANGELES - Despite a weather delay, Cameron Young was still top of the leaderboard after he completed the second round of the Wyndham Championship on Aug. 2.
After thunderstorms cut short the event's second day on Aug. 1, the American returned and carded an eight-under 62 for a 15-under 125 total.
Young was three shots ahead of Joel Dahmen (67), Mac Meissner (63) and South Korean Im Sung-jae (64).
On Aug. 1, he had just birdied Nos. 14 and 15 to get to seven under for the round and 14 under for the tournament when the bad weather halted play.
