April 18 South Africa (Fairview) form analysis

RACE 1 (1,200M) (1) AUGUSTA ROSSO attracted good betting support on her debut. She only found one too good and should go one better this time.

(2) BUDDLEJA was not disgraced on her debut and is sure to improve.

(3) DARLINGBUDSOFMAY was only modest on debut but can improve.

(5) OLIVE OYL is improving and has a place chance.

(6) RED LHASA and (8) YOU'RE SO SPECIAL are making their debuts, so keep an eye on the betting.

RACE 2 (2,000M) (1) ZATARA MAGIC has held his form very well of late and is weighted to beat these rivals.

(2) ELECTRIC GOLD did not show his best last time but is more at home over a shorter distance.

(4) GLOBAL ALLY is very consistent and should fight out the finish yet again.

(7) GIMME MORE TIME has a lot to do at these weight conditions but is capable of contesting the finish.

(3) EAST COAST is unreliable but is also capable of earning some money.

RACE 3 (2,000M) (1) LADY SILVANO is at the top of her game and should make a bold bid.

(2) FLIGHT DISPLAY has improved of late and is looking for a fourth straight win but this is her toughest test yet.
