Rose on Time's 100 Most Influential People list

Rose of K-pop girl group Blackpink has been named as one of The 100 Most Influential People of 2025 by Time magazine.
The 28-year-old was selected as a Pioneer in the annual list published in the United States on April 16.
Emily In Paris (2020 to present) star Lily Collins, 36, a self-professed Blackpink fan, or Blink, contributed a write-up that accompanied Rose's inclusion to the list. The pair met at a Saint Laurent fashion show in Paris in 2024.
The British-American actress sang the praises of Rose, calling her a "dynamic performer and songwriter" and added she is "really genuine and down to earth".
"I think it's incredible that she's able to captivate arenas full of people as both a member of the biggest girl group in the world and also as a solo artiste," Collins gushed, and touted the pop star as "the definition of an icon and a boss".
