Haji Lane cafe Rumi The Poet's Cup to close from March 30

Rumi The Poet's Cup, a cafe that has become a popular fixture in Haji Lane in Kampong Gelam, will be closing from March 30.
Named after 13th-century Sufi poet Jalal al-Din Muhammad Rumi, it opened in December 2021.
"As we prepare to close our doors on the 30th of March, we want to thank every soul who has sipped, laughed and shared a piece of their journey with us," said Rumi The Poet's Cup's Instagram post on March 10.
The cafe is the brand's only physical outlet, although it has made appearances at pop-up events like Twilight and Celebfest.
