Two weeks ago, my car was rear-ended by a van.
The collision caused significant damage to my vehicle, and the repair workshop has estimated repair costs exceeding $10,000. Despite repeated reminders from my workshop and the van's insurer, the van driver has refused to file an insurance report. As a result, I have to either claim against my own insurance, lose my no-claim discount and face potential premium
