SC to Hear Plea on NEET-PG Answer Key Disclosure Today

The Supreme Court is slated to hear on Monday a public interest litigation (PIL) filed by a group of NEET-PG 2025 aspirants challenging a "corrective notice" issued by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) on 21 August.
The petitioners, who are qualified doctors, claimed that the new disclosure mechanism of answer keys is "opaque, unintelligible and incapable of meaningful verification".
As per the causelist published on the website of the Apex Court, a Bench of Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai and Justice K. Vinod Chandran will take up the matter for hearing on 1 September.
