Mamata must attract investors from other states: Sukanta Majumdar

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee should conduct roadshows in various states to attract industrial investments to the state, said Mr. Sukanta Majumdar, Union Minister of State for the Development of the North Eastern Region (DONER), after inaugurating the North East Investment Summit at a city hotel today.
Mr. Majumdar stated that West Bengal has historically engaged in trade and commerce with various North Eastern states. The North East Investment Summit has been organised today to tap into the significant trade potential between West Bengal and these states. "My ministry is not just focused on bringing trade to the North Eastern states. As a minister, I urge the Chief Minister of West Bengal to visit different states and bring investors for Bengal. If she invites me, I am ready to participate
