Ministers assess crop losses in flood-hit areas to compensate farmers

On the instructions of Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, an on-ground inspection of the flood-affected areas of the national capital was carried out on Wednesday by Ministers Kapil Mishra and Ravinder Indraj Singh to assess the losses caused to the farmers and the public.
The purpose of the survey carried out from Palla Chowk to the Hiranki area in North West Delhi was aimed at expediting the process of ensuring adequate compensation to the affected farmers. During the survey, the ministers directly interacted with farmers to assess their losses.
