Pule Mabe’s R27m ‘Tuk-Tuk’ tender fraud case postponed to next year

PALM Ridge Specialised Commercial Crimes court has postponed the fraud and theft case against former ANC national spokesperson Pule Mabe to February 18, 2026.
This is due to the outcome of the defence’s representations.
Mabe and six co-accused made a brief appearance in court yesterday morning, facing charges of fraud, theft, and money laundering related to a R27 million tender.
