Police arrest armed robber following business robbery shootout

POLICE in Limpopo have launched a manhunt after a suspected armed robber was shot and arrested during a shootout with officers following a business robbery on Monday morning.
The 23-year-old suspect was arrested in connection with a robbery at a general dealer in Rapotokwane village, under the Rust de Winter policing precinct, while at least two of his accomplices remain on the run.
According to provincial police spokesperson Brigadier Hlulani Mashaba, three African male suspects allegedly targeted the shop on Monday. Two of the suspects reportedly entered the store posing as customers.
