No arrests after 14-year-old disabled girl was raped and impregnated in Limpopo

POLICE at Makuya, under the Vhembe District in Limpopo, are investigating a case of rape which allegedly took place at Mavunde village in the period between June and September.
Provincial police spokesperson, Colonel Malesela Ledwaba, said the incident came to light on November 22 when the victim's mother was at home with her 14-year-old disabled daughter. The mother noticed that the teenager's stomach was growing, and asked her if she was pregnant.
