21-year-old kicked man on the ground
DRUNKEN Vinnie Williams kicked a man during a violent pub brawl.
The 21-year-old became involved in the fight at The Jolly Potters pub in Crackley, Newcastle, and booted a man who had been put to the floor.
Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court heard the victim was left needing hospital treatment.
Now Williams has been sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for 18 months.
Prosecutor Ibrahim Ilyas said the victim went to the Jolly Potters and met up with a friend at 10pm on February 9 2024.
He became aware of a group of men and went to the toilet and told a man to calm down.
