52-year-old has since moved house
A MAN harassed his neighbour over a seven month period.
Marek Powalski had issues with his neighbours for a couple of years and videoed his neighbour installing CCTV cameras; repeatedly called him a 'paedo'; put his fingers up and swore at the cameras; and rowed over parking issues.
Now the 52-year-old - who has since moved house - has been fined £120 at North Staffordshire Justice Centre.
One of the incidents happened on April 26.
