Johnson and Holdcroft are the stars of the show as Whitmore secure easy Division One victory

Hem Heath were set 186 for victory, but they were bundled out for just 34 as the home side eased to the points.

Johnson helped himself to 5-7 and Holdcroft secured figures of 4-23 as the visitors folded in the second half.

Earlier in the day, Sameera Dassanayake Jnr hit seven fours in a top score of 51 as Whitmore posted 185 all out.

Ruby Millington chipped in with 31 and Alfie Harrison weighed in with 27.

Logan Quimby captured 4-24 for Hem Heath, while there were a couple of wickets apiece for Ben Clarke and Will Sanders.

Stone SP won by two wickets on their visit to Knypersley.

Knype were in all sorts of trouble as they fell to 44-8 in the formative stages of the contest.

However, they rallied superbly to reach 150-8 from their 40 overs thanks to Jack Muni and Jonathon Cumberbatch.
