MARKET Drayton duo Brad Evans and Ben MacKeen were the stars of the show as their side easily beat Audley thirds in NSSCL Division Seven.

Evans and MacKeen picked up 4-22 and 3-19 respectively to leave Audley all out for 64 on their road trip.

And not content with his bowling exploits, Evans then compiled 43 not out seal an eight-wicket victory for Market Drayton inside 10 overs.

Hanford seconds were in fine fettle on home turf to see off Congleton 2nd XI.

Zakariya Zaheer's 86, which contained 14 fours, underpinned Hanford's 220-6 from their 40 overs.

Zahir Ahmed (33), Tasharat Ajaib (30no) and James Hanmore (20no) provided the necessary support for the hosts, while Wilf Nightingale scooped a couple of wickets.
