Spinner Richard Hassall scooped 4-30 for Wood Lane, while Zaighum Abbas picked up 3-36.

Alfie Bonehill's half-century formed the backbone of Cheadle's 228-8 from their 55 overs in Cheshire.

Bonehill hit 15 fours in his 76, with support forthcoming from Matthew Goodwin (47no) and Andrew Coxon (39).

Jarrod McKay (3-47) and Chris Winter (3-48) took three wickets apiece for the home side.
