Tech-driven governance key to Odisha’s transformation: Chief Secretary Ahuja

ODISHA Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Ahuja on Tuesday underscored the importance of leveraging technology, enhancing skill development, and promoting centralized systems to strengthen people-centric governance in the State.
Chairing a high-level secretaries’ meeting at Lok Seva Bhavan, Ahuja said that integrated technological solutions are crucial to streamlining government operations and improving public service delivery.
The meeting took stock of the resolution rate of public grievances received through multiple platforms since June 2024, which currently stands at 82 percent. Discussions focused on implementing a tech-based fast-track mechanism for addressing urgent complaints and launching the upcoming "Ama Shasan" system to gather real-time stakeholder feedback, aimed at enhancing the quality of governance.
