Occupational Health Centre, under the Wellness Corner banner, at Kalinganagar Township. Praveen Thampi, Chief of Cold Rolling Mill, TSK, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest and presented awards to the winners of the Best Yoga Posture Competition, which was held earlier this week.

A similar session was also organized at the Security Training Ground by the Security Department, further highlighting the company’s commitment to fostering a healthy lifestyle among its employees and their families.

Over 250 participants, including employees and their family members, enthusiastically took part in the yoga sessions, fostering a spirit of togetherness and well-being.

In parallel, Neelachal Ispat Nigam Limited (NINL) also joined the celebrations, organizing various yoga sessions within its plant and township. More than 250 employees and their families participated, reflecting the company’s dedication to employee wellness.

ADANI, DHAMRA: Yoga, an eternal gift of peace and holistic well-being, is one of India’s most treasured offerings to the world. Since 2014, International Yoga Day has been celebrated globally on June 21st each year. In keeping with this tradition, Adani Dhamra Port observed Yoga Day with great enthusiasm.

This year’s theme, “One Earth, One Health,” was embraced by the participants, including Dhamra Port Chief Executive Officer Devendra Thakar, senior officials, port employees, and their families from the Port Township.

During the yoga camp, instructors demonstrated various yoga postures and explained their numerous benefits. Rooted in ancient Indian philosophy, yoga has evolved into a global practice. Regular practice not only enhances physical fitness but also promotes mental peace and spiritual growth. Traditionally known as ‘asana’ in Hindu religious texts and scriptures, yoga continues to inspire millions around the world.
