A year of building bridges with the people: CM Majhi highlights milestone achievements in Govt's first year

"THE first year of the state government was a year of fulfilling promises, a year of building bridges between the government and the people," said Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, marking the completion of one year in office during an interaction with national award winners, intellectuals, and volunteers at the Convention Centre, Lok Seva Bhawan.

In a heartfelt address, CM Majhi emphasized that democracy thrives on the engagement and empowerment of the common man. “This year was about fulfilling the hopes and aspirations of the people. It was about narrowing the distance between the government and the public,” he said.

Reflecting on the administration’s first-year performance, Majhi noted the government's commitment to inclusive governance. “From participatory budgeting to transparent implementation of welfare schemes, we ensured that every voice is heard. Every policy today is built on the foundation of public feedback,” he added.
