Based on the "Boses ng Bayan" survey, the city chief achieved a job performance rating of 89.8% where his management of the city of Parañaque, as well as the implementation of programs and projects for the residents, was evaluated.

The "Boses ng Bayan" initiative of the RPMD is a comprehensive assessment program that evaluates the job performance of 148 City Mayors across the Philippines.

Designed to promote accountability and public service excellence, the initiative employs a structured survey methodology to gauge Mayors' effectiveness in governance, public service, and responsiveness to their constituents' needs.

The comprehensive assessment, which polled 10,000 respondents across the country, measured mayors' effectiveness in areas including public safety, social services, infrastructure development, and transparency.
