SHDA convention reaffirms unified push to “recalibrate” housing strategies

The Subdivision and Housing Developers Association, Inc. (SHDA) formally concluded its 33rd National Developers Convention on October 10, 2025, at the Makati Shangri-La Hotel, wrapping up two days of dynamic discussions and collaboration with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) under the theme “ReCalibrate: Upgrading Housing Strategies for a Better Tomorrow.”

In her presentation of the Convention Resolutions, SHDA Corporate Secretary Atty. Marianne Reyna Lina-Cruz emphasized the importance of focusing on what she called the “essential few”—the critical priorities that will yield the most meaningful results for the housing sector. “We would like to identify and focus on a small number of critical goals or priorities that have the most significant impact on our housing industry,” she said.
