MREIT, Common Ground providing co-working spaces to boost startups

The real estate investment trust of property giant Megaworld Corp. is providing much-needed support to boost startup companies and innovators in the country through a partnership with Common Ground, one of the leading coworking space providers in Southeast Asia.

MREIT Inc. and Common Ground are teaming up to launch Common Ground Digital Park McKinley Hill, a one-stop hub envisioned to be a launchpad for startup companies.

The innovative digital park, which will be developed within Megaworld's 50-hectare McKinley Hill township in Taguig, will offer close to 2,000 square meters of office space in Intellectual Property Center and feature amenities such as events spaces, conferencing facilities, dedicated function rooms as well as a variety of workspaces for teams ranging from one to over 100.
