Former Phoenix import Donovan Smith is back in town to power Converge’s bid for a quarterfinals berth in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup and will suit up against the Super LPG Fuel Masters at the Smart Araneta Coliseum tonight.

Dennis (Delta) Pineda said Smith has received a Letter of Clearance from the Bahrain league, as required by FIBA, to formalize his PBA return.Smith, 32, moved from Al Najma in the Zain Bahrain semifinals to Manama in the finals and racked up impressive numbers but was on the losing side as Muharraq bagged the title in the best-of-five series.
