Dagupan bettor wins P5.94-M lotto prize

A bettor in Dagupan City emerged as the sole winner of the P5.94-million prize of the regular 6/42 lotto draw on Saturday, the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office said yesterday.

PCSO general manager Melquiades Robles said the jackpot winner bought the ticket at a lotto outlet in Dagupan Malimgas Public Market along Galvan street.
