Breaking new grounds: The Shopgrounds ushers in a vibrant new chapter for Anyana

On a bright Sunday morning of May 11, 2025, the future of Tanza took one bold step forward. The day began with a moment of reflection that honored the community's values as Antel Land marked yet another significant milestone in its master-planned township, Anyana, with the groundbreaking of The Shopgrounds—a promising new commercial strip development that symbolizes the heartbeat of a growing community.

The atmosphere was filled with anticipation from the beginning of the event, where a solemn mass opened the day's ceremonies that set a reverent tone before the first shovels hit the ground. Present at the meaningful celebration were Antel Land's leadership team: President Felicitas Ong, Vice President Kyle Anthony Lao, Vice President for Operations Louie Lawrence Lao, Marketing Director Kendrick Lao, and Project Director Mary Rose Tusañeza, who were also joined by Tanza Mayor Yuri Pacumio.

"This is not just a groundbreaking for another structure—it is the next step in our vision of creating a township centered on faith, family, and a thriving future," shared Kendrick Lao, echoing the deeper purpose behind the project.

A COMMUNITY AT ITS CORE

The Shopgrounds is not your typical retail development. Envisioned as the retail and social hub of Anyana, the dynamic open-space destination blends lifestyle and leisure into a seamless community experience.
