Best cities for students: MM at 88th, Seoul No. 1

Manila ranked 88th as the best city for students in the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Best Student Cities of 2026.
Based on the latest QS report, Manila, the country's capital received an overall score of 63.9. It scored 85.3 for affordability, 68.4 for employer activity, 57 for desirability and 37.2 for student mix.
The QS added that for the first time, Seoul has been named the best city for students.
Seoul got an overall score of 100, scoring 51.8 for affordability, 90.2 for desirability, 93.3 for employer activity, and 79.3 for student mix.
