Navigate the future with these emerging opportunities
Businesses need to be dynamic. They need to grow with the changing times, adopting new trends to maintain relevance in their market. This requires extensive research and an open mind (and culture) to learn, unlearn, and relearn.
As another year begins, entrepreneurs need to do just that by understanding customer needs, identifying fading trends, and assessing which innovations are likely to continue in 2025.
This empowers the Philippine business community to become more competitive, not only locally but also on a global scale. AGENTIC AI = SEAMLESS CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Gartner estimates that agentic AI will manage at least 15 percent of daily work decisions worldwide by 2028
Artificial Intelligence (AI) is shaping the business industry. From conceptualization to factory operations, it is no secret that AI helps boost productivity in the workplace.
Many businesses today use generative AI—a branch of AI that relies on user prompts—to perform various tasks. This technological advancement offers work similar to customer service, in which people can ask questions and expect immediate responses.
In 2025, experts say that AI will continuously evolve to provide a seamless customer experience. Gartner, an American technological research and consulting firm, anticipates the rise of another AI branch called "Agentic AI."
Agentic AI, unlike the generative, is a system capable of making decisions independently. How does this work? It combines memory, planning, and environmental sensing to autonomously solve complex problems.
