Palestine Action boost before ban

Nearly 600 volunteers signed up for protest workshops run by Palestine Action after the home secretary announced plans to proscribe the group as a terrorist organisation.
Palestine Action lost its last-ditch bids at both the high court and court of appeal to delay proscription late on Friday night and is now banned.
Yesterday more than 20 people were arrested on suspicion of terror offences at a protest.
