Addressing media in Jammu, Chandan credited initiatives like Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, PM-KISAN, and Ujjwala Yojana with directly benefiting the poor, women, farmers, and marginalized communities. “These schemes are not just promises; they are delivering real change at the grassroots,” he said.
