Ceasefire a positive step, but Pak must learn its lesson: Kavinder

Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta, has welcomed the ceasefire decision at the Indo-Pak border, calling it a significant and positive move towards de-escalation.
He said that while India has always stood for peace, it will not hesitate to defend its sovereignty and the safety of its citizens.
“This is a welcome step and a moment to reflect. India has never desired war, but Pakistan's continuous provocation through terrorism and proxy attacks has left no room for complacency,” Gupta said, referring to the recent brutal attack in Pahalgam where 26 innocent tourists were targeted by the Pakistan sponsored terrorists.
