The New Indian Express
|April 10, 2024
DEFENCE Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday rubbished China's recent renaming of 30 places in Arunachal Pradesh, asking what if India does likewise and changes the names of some provinces of the neighbour.
"Tomorrow if we change the names of some places or states in China, will it make them ours? China should not make this mistake... I want to tell our neighbour that changing names will not achieve anything," he said at a rally in Namsai in Arunachal.
