Apex court had questioned powers of Madras HC judge to initiate suo motu proceeding against six sitting minister
IN a relief to Minister for Revenue and Disaster Management KKSSR Ramachandran, Minister for Human Resource Management Thangam Thennarasu and their spouses, the Supreme Court on Friday stayed the order of the Madras High Court which set aside the discharge of them in the disproportionate assets (DA) case.
