Youth stage 'drone protest' for road
The New Indian Express Vishakapatnam
|December 27, 2024
IN a creative protest against their pothole-ridden road, the youth of Bhagammapeta in Vangara mandal, Vizianagaram district, flew drones carrying posters demanding the government lay a road to their village.
The protest, held on Thursday, aimed to draw attention from both the government and social media to address their long-standing issue. The posters highlighted the dire state of the six-kilometer stretch between Kondavalasa Junction and Bhagammapeta, which has been neglected since 2003.
