100 karaoke booths to record ‘Vande Mataram’ for connecting youth

THE Centre has launched a national initiative to encourage public participation in commemorating Vande Mataram.
Citizens are being invited to record and upload their own renditions of the national song on a dedicated campaign portal. The Ministry of Culture has been assigned to set up 100 “Vande Mataram Karaoke” booths across the country for this purpose.
