Karur victims’ kin travel to Chennai for meet with Vijay

RELATIVES of at least 32 people killed in the Karur stampede as well as over 10 injured persons and their families, travelled to Chennai on Sunday to meet Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) founder Vijay on Monday morning.
According to party sources, families of nine of the 10 victims from other districts have opted to make the journey | EXPRESS
The party had arranged for five omni buses to transport the kin. The buses departed from Vennamalai with instructions from the party headquarters to ensure all families reached Mahabalipuram the same night. The relatives will be accommodated at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Poonjeri, where over 45 rooms have been booked for them.
