PASSENGERS travelling from Madanapalle to Bengaluru have urged the State government to increase RTC services, citing an insufficient number of State-run buses on the high-demand route.
The shortage of public transport has led to overcrowding, forcing many travellers to rely on private operators, who allegedly overcharge while compromising passenger safety.
