VCK cadre stage protest over atrocities against SC people in Tirunelveli

TAKING a tough stand against the DMK government, VCK functionaries, led by their district secretary M C Sekar, staged a protest in front of the district collectorate here on Monday, alleging that atrocities against Scheduled Caste people have increased in Tamil Nadu.
They also submitted a petition to District Collector R Sukumar during the grievance redressal meeting, demanding fair action in the Vengaivayal case, the Sivaganga attack on an SC youth, the death of an SC student in Bodinayakanur, and the recent attack on an SC youth in Nanguneri.
