Trespuram fishers demand separate jetty

A section of Trespuram fishers who use small country boats have urged the government to build a separate jetty to protect them from damage.
According to the fishers, at least 1,000 country boats are in Trespuram. While the majority of them are motorised, over 130 small boats are used to catch crabs and small fish like sardines.
