Golden bead, pots unearthed in Kodumbalur

The excavation team of Tiruchy Circle of Archaeological Survey of India (ASI) on Saturday unearthed a golden bead, weighing around one gram, and clay pots with lids at Kodumbalur near Viralimalai in Pudukkottai.
In the previous excavation, ASI teams have found a buried house-like structure constructed with bricks and clay walls. The officials also unearthed a needle, weighing stone, and a few skeletons. The
