LEGAL developments in the alleged dowry death case of 33-year-old ex-model and actor Twisha Sharma shifted from Bhopal to Jabalpur on Thursday.
Multiple petitions were moved before the Madhya Pradesh High Court. Twisha’s absconding husband, Samarth Singh, filed an anticipatory bail plea before the High Court’s principal bench after a Bhopal court denied him relief on May 18. His counsel, Mrigendra Singh, said the matter could be heard next week by the vacation judge.
