International Conference Deliberates on Dementia Care

A two-day international conference, CogniSENSE+ 2025, focused on the congregation of various scientific disciplines working in areas related to dementia awareness, healthy aging, and cognitive health, began on a high note on Thursday at the JSS Hospital.
Inaugurating the event, the president of the Dementia India Alliance highlighted the increasing dementia burden and called for greater public awareness to combat the stigma associated with cognitive decline. She also underscored the necessity of integrated care systems and enhanced training for caregivers and healthcare professionals.
