India, Australia advance ties on shared priorities & interoperability, says CDS

The military top-brass of India and Australia met on Thursday and discussed enhancing interoperability of forces and security cooperation.
"Chief of the Defence Force, Admiral David Johnston hosted General Anil Chauhan, India's Chief of Defence Staff, in Canberra on March 5, 2025," the Australian defence ministry stated, adding that General Chauhan's visit underlines the value of the bilateral defence partnership.
