HC asks city corporation to repair, re-lay roads in phased manner based on budget

The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court recently directed the Madurai Corporation to take immediate steps to repair the damaged roads in the city and re-lay new ones in a phased manner, based on budget allocation, by following the due procedure.
