FINANCE Minister K N Balagopal has criticised the double standard of the Union government in granting sanction to the Maharashtra government to receive foreign funds to the Chief Minister's Disaster Relief Fund (CMDRF) while turning down a similar request from the Kerala government to source rehabilitation funds after the 2018 floods.
