2 Arrested for Creating Ruckus After Rash Driving

KOODAL police arrested two men, including an octogenarian, for creating a ruckus and attacking people following a rash drive incident at Kalanjoor in Pathanamthitta.
The arrested are John Varghese, 80, an ex-Air Force officer, and Binu K Varghese, 52, both residents of Kalanjoor.
