SEBI Looks Into Conduct Of 6 IndusInd Officials

SEBI is reportedly looking into the conduct of six officials at IndusInd Bank whether they were engaged in insider trading by selling stock options while being aware of accounting issues at the bank, before those issues were made public.
As per reports, Sebi is reviewing the timing of these trades to assess whether they violated regulatory norms or the bank's code of conduct.
