Sakala: K'buragi ranks 3rd in state in disposal of applications

In the last six months, 6,40,951 applications have been received from different departments of Kalaburagi district under Sakala Scheme and of them 6,38,840 applications have been disposed off.

With this, the district has achieved 99.67 percent achievement.

In an exclusive interview with TNIE, Kalaburagi Deputy Commissioner Fouzia Taranum informed that Revenue Department made 100.11 percent achievement in the implementation of Sakala Scheme in June this year. In the last 6 months, revenue department received 2,77,647 applications under Sakala Scheme and disposed off 2,79,801 applications (including some of the pending applications of before December last year) and made 100.77 percent achievement. The Kalaburagi district stood in 3rd position in the month of May 2025.
