Though Ramabai Jahagirdar RJ PU College of Science in Kalaburagi was born just five years ago and became functional for the past three years, it has proved its merit this year with Prakash Pujari who studied PUC here secured 1,302nd rank in Engineering faculty and 1,413rd rank in B. Sc. Agri faculty in the recently announced KCET.
The success story of RJ Ind. PU Science College does not stop here. Raghuvardhan Reddy of the college secured 271st rank in Agri, Anuvaishnavi secured 6,641st rank in Veterinary Science and 8,086th rank in Engineering, Gouri secured 611th rank in A.P. 235th rank in V.S and 10,359th rank in Engineering, Manoj Reddy secured 11,686th rank in Engineering, Shrieasha secured 711th rank in A.P, 728th rank in V. S. and 14,385th rank in Engineering and Sameer secured 1,6081st rank in Engineering.

WHEN four-day-old Gourav refused to be breastfed, sweated heavily while suckling and faced severe breathing trouble, his parents feared something was terribly wrong. Worried, they rushed him to a district government hospital where an initial clinical examination detected cardiac issues with low oxygen saturation. As the hospital had no facility to diagnose the condition, his parents immediately shifted him to a private hospital in Bhubaneswar where an echocardiogram confirmed a large a hole in the wall separating the heart's two lower chambers (ventricular septal defect (VSD)) with obstruction in pulmonary artery. Doctors said the child was born with the hole in his heart. The diagnosis shocked the young couple as they recalled nothing unusual had come up during pregnancy.
