FIFTH Additional Special District and Sessions Court of Kalaburagi convicted an accused to ten years rigorous imprisonment for raping a mentally unsound woman on January 22, 2024.

In a press note released here on Friday, Public Prosecutor Hayyalappa Balabatti stated that the accused Honnappa dragged a mentally unsound woman to a sugar cane field in a Thanda under the limits of Fartabad Police Station limits and raped her.
